April 6, 2023, DBG held the unveiling ceremony and celebration of DBG Technologies (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “DBG (Shanghai)”) in Shanghai. General Manager Zhou You from DBG (Shanghai), Qiu Lequn, Tong Ho Man, Huang Hong and Xu Yusheng from DBG HQ and some senior management personnel attended the unveiling ceremony and celebration.

DBG (Shanghai) is a leading global backplane manufacturer. It has professional and experienced at backplane press-fit technology and complement DBG’s Surface Mount Technology (SMT) business. Through this acquisition, DBG will further expand its development in fields such as communication equipment, industrial control, etc., improve the diversified services, and further enhance the company’s comprehensive competitiveness.

Chairman Tong warmly welcomed DBG (Shanghai) to join the DBG family, introduced the history, nowadays and future of DBG.
